Road Rage Driver Pulls Gun On Car Carrying 5-Year-Old In Prince William County, Cops Say A 73-year-old man has been arrested in a road rage incident involving a mother and her young child in Prince William County. Edwin Dale Sims, of Woodbridge, was identified as the Richmond highway driver who pulled a gun on the 32-year-old mom and her 5-year-old child around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 on Richmond Highway, PWC police said. Sims "brandished" a firearm at the victim’s vehicle before the vehicles separated. No shots were fired, police said.  Sims was later arrested and charged with two counts of brandishing a firearm and held on a $1,000 bond.
