Bear Spotted Near Playground, Park In East Fishkill There's another bear making the rounds in Dutchess. The East Fishkill Police Department said it received a report Monday afternoon of the bear sighted on a neighbors's property in the area of Quail Run Road in Wiccopee, a hamlet in East Fishkill. After a police officer had been sent to patrol the area since it's near a park and playground, it appeared the bear had moved on, police said. A black bear was captured on video making the rounds in the Waterbury Manor development in Cortlandt Manor on Tuesday.
