New Staff Benefit From Peekskill Schools' Residency Program

The residency program pairs new staff members with district mentors, a coach, and the school principal.

The director of the program is Crystal Hernandez, who works under the guidance of Superintendent for Elementary Education Mary Foster and Superintendent for Secondary Education Dan Callahan.
