First of all, it's not in Larchmont. It's the Town of Mamaroneck
What this very informative and bubbly article fails to describe (or illustrate) is the mere fact that, starting at $600.000, you to could have a home not 100 feet from that sleepy road known around here, as I-95.
Where's the artists rendering of that in the piece?
And those owners with a south-western view, can open their sliding glass doors, and watch the Town of Mamaroneck Garbage Transfer Station workers deliver the towns refuse from it's trucks to a compactor, just yards from your terrace.

it was cold! very few 90's and low humidity, out west it gets to 100's but its dry so its not unbearable. this dry warm summer was cold to the skin. and also the article stated the nights were not as cold, meaning the temps were averaged across highs and lows - if it were just highs it would be deemed cold!!!!
I absolutely LOVED this Summer. The weather was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold, but just right. We had mostly rain-free weekends, and the sun came up every the morning. There was hardly any humidity, and well... what more could you want. So it never barely made it over 90 degrees... let's not complain, and be sure to remember the beautiful days in mid January and February!
