Police Charge Cortlandt Manor Woman Following Auto Accident

The incident stemmed from an auto accident with minor injuries on Route 118, officials report.

During the investigation, which occurred the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 6, one of the drivers, now identified as Ivey Levy, 46, was found to be in possession of an allegedly suspended New York State driver’s license, police report.

Levy is charged with aggravated unlicenced operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, police report.

Levy was released on her own recognizance to a family member, officials report.

She is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court for arraignment on Thursday, Feb. 4, according to officials.
