Peekskill Man Charged With DWI After Crash

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- A Peekskill man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after colliding with another vehicle on Sunday, Nov. 17, according to LoHud.com.

Edward M. Egan, 56, appeared intoxicated after police arrived at the scene of the accident near the North Division Street and Constant Avenue intersection. Egan refused to take any field sobriety or breathalyzer tests, LoHud.com said.

He was arrested and charged with DWI. The other driver was taken to an area hospital and treated for minor injuries, according to LoHud.com.
