Fitzpatrick was born July 26, 1949, in Manhattan, to Joseph and Iride (Speroni) Donohue. Her family later relocated to Westchester County, where she graduated from Somers High School.
She worked alongside her family at Fitzpatrick Insurance Center in Peekskill, where she served as office manager. She gave her time to many charitable organizations including Hospice, blood drives, walk-a-thons, and was always participating in her children’s school and extracurricular activities.
Ftizpatrick is survived by her husband, E. Michael Fitzpatrick; daughters, Aimee C. Reilly of Fishkill and Pamela Jean Classey (Timothy) of North Carolina; son, Daniel D. Fitzpatrick (Julianne) of Poughkeepsie; seven grandchildren; siblings, Mike Donohue of Florida, Jim Donohue (Nancy) of Fishkill, Jeph Donohue of North Carolina, Casey Benney of Wappingers Falls, Patricia Donohue of Yorktown Heights, and Mary Williams (William) of Poughkeepsie; in-laws, Dennis (Louise) Fitzpatrick, Patricia (Robert) Tucker, Therese (Gary) Pound, and Miriam (Mark) Schlosser; many nieces, nephews; other relatives; and friends. She was predeceased by her parents; brother; Billy Donahue; and son-in-law, Stephen Reilly.
Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8 and Tuesday, Dec. 9 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main St., Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10 at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson St., Fishkill.
