PEEKSKILL, N.Y. Many Peekskill organizations will be closed this weekend in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Here are some of the notable closings:
- Peekskill City Hall will be closed on Monday. The committee of the whole and common council meetings instead be held on Tuesday night at their regular times.
- The Field Library will be closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday in observance of the holiday.
- The Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce office will be closed on Monday.
- The Peekskill City School District will be closed on both Friday and Monday. There will be no classes.
- The Hendrick Hudson School District will also be closed on both Friday and Monday.
- All United States Post Offices will be closed.
