Mayor Frank A. Catalina has been making the rounds in the community to spread the news about a wave of building ventures ranging from downtown projects to riverfront renovation, lohud.com reports.

Among the projects drawing excitement in town are a proposed inn and spa on St. Mary's Convent property, new retail on Broad Street, an art gallery and lofts development on Main and Diven streets, a new visitors' center at Lincoln Depot Plaza, and South Waterfront Park revitalization, lohud.com says.
