Todd Lipscomb, 55, was pulled over for a routine traffic stop. When officers approached the vehicle, they said they saw Lipscomb attempting to conceal two bags of crack cocaine in his sock, police said.
Lipscomb was arrested and released on $500 bail. He is due back in court on Nov. 11, according to police.
