Peekskill Church's Pastor Emeritus Remembered At Mass

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Monsignor Francis J. Ansbro was honored at a Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Assumption in Peekskill, according to The Examiner News.

Ansbro, who died on Nov. 6 at age 87, was recognized by Cardinal Timothy Dolan, many members of the archdiocese and hundreds of parishioners and friends, for his 47 years of service to the church, 21 of those as pastor, according to the article.
