Support Garden Club Of Peekskill At lts Fundraiser Luncheon

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- The Garden Club of Peekskill will host a fundraiser luncheon on Tuesday, Sept. 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Cortlandt Colonial Restaurant.

The luncheon will honor two 55-year members, Dorothy Leslie and Helen Lindsey. They have served in many capacities in the Peekskill Garden Club, the Ninth District and NYSGC. They have also served on regional, national and international levels.

Highly acclaimed floral designer and a member of the club Dan Meyer will demonstrate the creation of several floral designs which will be raffled. A craft and boutique sale with many popular vendors will begin at 11 a.m.

The fundraiser luncheon is $45. Reservations can be made by calling 914-734-1594.

Funds raised at this luncheon will support the many humanitarian activities of The Garden Club of Peekskill.
