Peekskill's Field Library Announces 'Teddy Bear Tea Party' For Kids

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – The Field Library in Peekskill is hosting its annual free “Teddy Bear Tea Party” Friday, June 19.

Lori Cohen, a children’s entertainer, will lead a brief music and movement program at the old-fashioned style tea party, according to a press release.

Also, at the end of the party, each child in attendance will be invited to select a free book as a gift.

Refreshments, including tea sandwiches and cookies, will be served.

Participants, who should be at least 2 years old, are encouraged but not required to bring a favorite teddy bear.

The Teddy Bear Tea Party will begin at 11 a.m.

The Field Library is at 4 Nelson Ave., Peekskill.
