Peekskill Library Hosts Valentine Candle-Making Sessions

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – The Field Library will host valentine candle-making workshops in February. The adult workshop will be held Saturday, Feb. 7, from 1:30-3:30 p.m., and the teens and tweens workshop will be held Monday, Feb. 9, from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Participants will learn how to make their own candles, including floating/molded candles, dipping tapers and container candles. All materials will be provided except for aprons, oven mitts and jars for container candles.
