Band Needed To Play At Pancreatic Cancer Walk In Rye On Sunday

RYE, N.Y. -- We are organizing the 4th Annual Westchester Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk. The walk will take place this Sunday, April 21 at Rye Town Park/Playland where we plan to have over 800 attendees and raise over $200,000.00! Registration begins at 8am and the walk will commence at 9:30am.

The walk is a fundraiser for pancreatic cancer research, advocacy, and awareness. The proceeds will be donated to The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, the country’s largest private supporter of pancreatic cancer research, where 100% of every donation goes directly to research. www.lustgarten.org.

We would love a band to perform at the event.  We would need the band to arrive at 9:00am and wrapping up at around eleven. It would be wonderful to have the band perform along the route at Playland to help create a wonderful and fun atmosphere at the half way mark and rest stop for walkers.
