Both northbound lanes have reopened on a stretch of the Taconic State Parkway after a crash initially closed the lanes in Putnam Valley on Tuesday.
The crash, involving a car and motorcycle, occurred between Peekskill Hollow Road and Pudding Street and was reported just before 5 p.m.
