Peekskill Schools Name Soccer Player 'Athlete Of The Week'

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- A Peekskill High School boys soccer player has been named "Athlete of the Week".

Oswald Annang was named Peekskill Athlete of the Week.

A forward for the boys soccer team, Oswald Annang is no stranger to the spotlight, as he was recently highlighted as one of "Elite 11" in The Journal News.

Annang's achievements in three games thus far include:

Team captain -scored six goals (one was a game winner in overtime v. Panas)
Has two assists
Played 230 out of the team's 250 total minutes so far this season
