One group of sculpture students created a huge piece inspired by music. Another group of painting students placed second in in the Elementary Painting category for their “Artist’s Studio” submission.

A group of students who illustrated a poem entitled, “Jabberwocky” placed second in the Elementary Illustration category. Finally, a group of fashion design students placed first in the Elementary Fashion Design category for their dress made out of recycled paper products.

“I am so proud of these students,“ said C.V. Starr Art Teacher Danielle Scalera. “They should be so proud of the hard-work they put into these collaborative works and the success that they achieved.”
