Peekskill Woman Faces Driving, Drug Charges

CORTLANDT, N.Y. – A Peekskill woman was arrested Friday in Cortlandt on charges of driving while ability impaired, cocaine possession and other charges after police were dispatched to a trespass complaint, according to the State Police.

Diana L. Espinoza, 29, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh- degree and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to the report.

Espinoza was issued traffic and appearance tickets directing her to appear in Cortlandt Town Court on Monday, police said.
