- Catherine Marsh, a Peekskill resident and executive director at Westchester Community Foundation was recently named a 2014 ‘Women in Business’ non-profit honoree by 914INC. Magazine.
- Kevin Olsen, a 29-year-old Peekskill resident, has been charged with petit larceny by Yorktown Police after he was accused of attempting to flee a Sears store without paying for merchandise, according to police.
- The Westchester County Department of Public Safety and other police agencies in Westchester are participating in a STOP-DWI enforcement campaign that will begin Wednesday, Nov. 26, and continue through the Thanksgiving weekend.
- Firefighters from Westchester are coming to the aid of Buffalo, as local departments are sending their members upstate to help with snow-related emergencies.
