City Of Peekskill Gets Kids Running On Columbus Day

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- The City of Peekskill will host its 28th annual Running Races for Children in Depew Park on Monday starting at 9 a.m.

The annual Columbus Day event is for children in first through sixth grades. There is a $3 registration fee with proceeds going to support the Peekskill Ambulance Corps.

Registration opens at 9 a.m. with the first race starting at 9:30 a.m.

Depew Park is located at 1 Robin Drive in Peekskill.
