Patricio Guartan-Jimenez received a felony second-degree assault charge after allegedly "biting off a large portion of another man's nose during a fight" in Peekskill Sunday, according to the report. Peekskill Police told LoHud that a fight erupted during a party on Smith Street.

Guartan-Jimenez was arrested and taken to the Westchester County Jail.
