Bachar -- a holistic spiritual counselor and a self-healing, self-actualization expert -- will “discuss, share and explore the three levels of the mind: The Monkey Mind, The Creative Mind, and The Zen Mind. You will learn to identify them, move through them and abide in the stillness of the Zen Mind,” according to the library. Appropriate for all levels of meditation practitioners.

Bachar is the founder and director of the White Cedar Institute for Expanded Living LLC and the creator of the Gates of Power method. Gates of Power is a holistic, comprehensive method. It is an experiential, creative and spiritual system that addresses all seven facets of one’s being (these facets are called gates).
