Astorino is right on!. Cuomos' policies continue to drive businesses and people ( those who can afford to leave) out of the state. His corrupt anti-corruption commission was pathetic and the massive train-wreck of an anti-firearms law called the safeact, was thrown in his face when the majority of citizens refused to register their so-called assault weapons. This fool must go!!! New York needs Rob Astorino for Governor!!! View Comment
It's a shame that the legal system is not protecting this woman, seeing how the liberal savages like cuomo have decimated our 2nd amendment rights here in NY, it is unlikely she will be able to protect herself. Pathetic.
52 of the 62 counties in NY and over 200 municipalities have passed resolutions calling for the repeal of cuomos' "Safe" act anti-2nd amendment legislation- which was passed behind closed doors, on a weekend in the middle of the night. This will follow him everywhere he goes. View Comment
With all due respect, you really shouldn't pass judgement on what happened. Looks like the officer had an extreme stress-split second decision to make. As far as firing 8 rounds? That is why so called "large capacity" magazines are desirable- in a stress situation, multiple shots may be needed to incapacitate a bad guy. That is why the cops carry 17 round magazines. Again, it is a shame that no one in that house had a firearms to possibly defend themselves with. View Comment
I wonder if the criminal was adhering to governor cuomos NYSAFE act. I thought we wouldn't see guns falling into the hands of parolees like this with the passage of this law.. Oh wait, these laws only apply to LAW ABIDING CITIZENS. it's a shame someone in that house wasn't armed and able to protect themselves, maybe it would have ended differently. View Comment
Corrupt politicians passing corrupt laws- if you really want to give away your rights to a group of power hungry, corrupt politicians for protection, then you are a sad, ingnorant individual. View Comment
So they've passed a law in the name of preventing another sandy hook- but the sandy hook police investigation hasn't been completed and it is obvious that nothing in this legislation would have prevented it from happeneing. Complete idiocy. View Comment
Please correct the header of the story- the most recent information released shows approximately 154 rounds were fired- nowhere near the 1000 you claim in the story. There is already a ridiculous amount of misinformation surrounding this tragedy so please don't contribute to it. View Comment
