Is it the same situation for the hamlet of Millwood? It has a zip code and a fire district, and it had a railroad stop, but it does not have a school district or a library. View Comment

Are those regular gas prices for cash purchases? Credit is usually 10 cents more. In Millwood it is, as of yesterday, 3.89 for cash. View Comment
