There were heavy delays on a stretch of I-95 in Westchester on Sunday morning after a serious crash involving two vehicles.
Injuries were reported following the crash, which occurred just before 9:30 a.m. at Exit 16 (North Avenue/Cedar Street) in New Rochelle.
Stop-and-go delays stretched back to Division Street.
