PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- The Peekskill Titans youth football team is the 2012 Mid-Hudson Conference Champion, and the Common Council honored the team Monday night.

The city awarded certificates of recognition to both the players and the coaching staff. In return, the team awarded its championship trophy to the city to be displayed in City Hall.
