Peekskill Teachers Let It Grow In Effort To Provide Holiday Dinners

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Teachers at Peeksil high School are throwing away their razors this month for No-Shave November in an effort to raise money for Peekskill students' families in need of holiday dinners or gifts.

The goal of No-Shave November is to raise money to support a cause, while not shaving your facial hair (with hopes of starting discussions, leading to donations). 

Peekskill High School participants are: Nick Agnello, PACE / English; Gary Bertram, special education; Merritt Brown, mathematics; Sal Dodaro, PACE; Rich Flacinski, science; George Goess, English; and Mike Holliday, custodial.
