Hendrick Hudson Serves Pancakes In July

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The Hendrick Hudson Summer Learning Academy hosted its annual summer pancake breakfast at the Frank G. Lindsey School on Tuesday.

There were three menu choices: plain, chocolate chip, and blueberry pancakes with butter and syrup, along with orange juice.

Summer students, parents, and guardians packed the school auditorium in rotating shifts, by grade, and Food Services Director Clare Carey made sure there was plenty for everyone.
