The victim told police he was walking on the 100 block of East 5th Street around 4 a.m. when he was accosted, Detective Lt. Robert Bracken said.

Both robbers were black and wearing facial coverings, he said, adding that one was about 6-foot-2 and the other 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8.

They threatened to have a gun, he said -- although none was shown, Bracken noted.
