CORTLANDT, N.Y. - Gov. Andrew Cuomo 's administration made its opposition known at this week's Atomic Safety and Licensing Board hearing on the application of Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc. for relicensing the Indian Point Nuclear Facilities.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo's administration has sent a letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regarding the upcoming relicensing hearing of Indian Point.
