Maggie Barbieri, author of “Once Upon a Lie,” and Patrick Oster, writer of “The Commuter” will be featured on the program.

Galef will question the two authors on their inspirations to have become writers, where they gather their expertise from, and how they combine writing with the rest of their lives.

Barbieri discusses putting ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances somewhere in the Hudson Valley.

Oster describes how his inspiration comes from the circumstances of his life as a journalist in Mexico, Germany, New York City, and Washington, DC.

"It adds so much to our communities to have writers like these among us," says Galef. "I can't wait to read the next books they are working on right now."
