YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N. Y. -- A 54-year-old Yorktown man is facing DWI and marijuana possession charges after Yorktown police stopped his car for a traffic infraction Monday night and found 8.7 grams of marijuana, police said.
Yorktown Police arrested a 54-year-old Yorktown man for DWI and marijuana possession following a Monday night traffic stop, police said.
Photo Credit: File PhotoJeffrey Brown is charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and violation marijuana possession, along with not wearing a seat belt, police said. Lack of a seat belt is why police said they stopped the car.
He was released but is due back at 6 p.m. June 2 at Yorktown Justice Court, police said.
