Police said an officer was dispatched to investigate a report of property damage in an auto accident on Route 6 at Lexington Avenue. Investigation at the scene revealed Morales’ New York driver’s license allegedly was suspended for failing to pay a fine, according to police.
Morales was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 7 in Yorktown Justice Court.
