Javante Carrington, 32, was arrested during the search which was a result of an investigation into narcotics sales taking place at the home, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force.
During the search, officers found approximately an ounce of crack cocaine, scales, packaging material, and $2,000, Tasciotti said.
Carrington was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
He is being held without bail at the Dutchess County Jail.
