YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Peekskill woman was nabbed for with shoplifting from the Sears store on Lee Boulevard on Monday, according to the Yorktown Police.
Nicole Troche, 20, was charged with stealing after officers were called to store for a report of a shoplifter in custody. When officers arrived they learned that Troche had stolen a jacket and a handbag valued at $59, police said.
Troche was processed and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 20.
