PEEKSKILL, N. Y. -- A 33-year-old Peekskill woman is facing an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge after New York State Police stopped her car Saturday and found her blood alcohol content at twice the legal limit, police said.
Lisa M. McCrae is charged with felony aggravated DWI because of a previous DWI-related conviction in 2008, police said. She was issued tickets to return to court Monday in Peekskill, police said.
Troopers stopped her car a little after 1 a.m. Saturday for driving without headlights, police said. A breath sample revealed a blood alcohol content at 0.21 percent, which is more than twice the legal limit, police said.
