Peekskill Man Pleads Not Guilty To Child Porn Charge

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – A Metro-North conductor from Peekskill has plead not guilty to federal child pornography charges. 

Nicholas Salicco, 55, entered his plea Wednesday in White Plains federal court to receiving and distributing child pornography. 

According to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Salicco knowingly received and distributed materials containing child pornography, either through the Internet or other means, at his residence in Peekskill in or around October 2011.                                                                            

He is scheduled to appear for a pre-trial conference Feb. 18.
