Peekskill Man Faces DWI Charges

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. --New York State Police from Cortlandt arrested Milton A. Patino, 39, of Peekskill, for Driving While Intoxicated on Sunday.

Patino was issued traffic tickets and will appear in court Sept. 3 at 11 a.m.

Troopers stopped Patino for failing to use a turn signal and for failing to stay in his lane. Patino had a blood alcohol content of .16%, two time the legal limit of intoxication. He was found to be intoxicated when stopped and placed under arrest, according to New York State Police.
