Peekskill Man Charged With DWI In Cortlandt

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Peekskill resident Andres Delgadoaltuna, 23, was arrested by State Police and accused of driving while intoxicated, according to the police.

He was pulled over on Dec. 28 at approximately 3:48 a.m., for not stopping at a flashing red light, a release said.

A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent, according to police. The legal limit is 0.08 percent.
