James S. Franco of Greenwich, Conn., was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Police received a call of a past harassment at a Yorktown residence and discovered unrelated to the complaint there was a Yorktown Justice Court Order of Protection will a full stay away, police said. Franco was arrested and transported back for processing.
Franco was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on July 20.
