Man Caught With Cocaine In Route 202 Stop, Yorktown Police Say

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A man was arrested and charged with possessing cocaine on Route 202 (Crompond Road) following a traffic stop last week.

Nelson Rozon, 44, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Police said they initially observed Rozon driving without inadequate stop lamps in front of 3303 Crompond Road.

After they pulled him over, they found him to be in possession of cocaine, police said. He was released on $200 bail and is due back in court on Nov. 2.
