Man, 32, Charged With Trespassing On High School Grounds

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Cortlandt man with trespassing on Hendrick Hudson High School grounds on Friday, Oct. 31, officials said.

A staff member issued a complaint to police about Walter J. Bittal, III, 32, being on the grounds. Bittal had reportedly been warned several times that it was illegal for him to be at the school, police said.

Bittal was charged with third-degree trespass and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, Nov. 7, police said.
