Jefferson Valley Man Charged With Felony DWI

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Jefferson Valley man with a previous DUI conviction was charged by Yorktown Police with aggravated DWI and having an alleged BAC of .18 percent.

A 27-year-old Jefferson Valley man, was arrest for aggravated DWI.

Jhonatan Cruz, 27, was allegedly driving while under the influence and allegedly driving without a license, on E. Main Street in Mohegan Lake.

Cruz was being held on $1,500 bail.
