Lt. John White said a 71-year-old grandfather was doing better, and a 2-year-old boy was still in critical, but stable condition.

Zhoila Zhingri, 69, of Peekskill was killed during the crash when a woman lost control of the white Honda she was driving and hit a parked car which was sent flying into four pedestrians.

White declined to say if speed may have been a factor in the accident as did officials with the Westchester County District Attorney's Office who did say the investigation is continuing.

Officials have not named the person driving the vehicle that crashed.
