Croton Police Charge Man With DWI With A Child In The Car

CROTON, N.Y. -- Croton Police arrested a Queens man for driving while intoxicated recently, according to Patch.com.

Manuel Tenecela was pulled over for allegedly driving erratically. He was charged with felony DWI because he reportedly had a child under the age of 15 in the vehicle with him, Patch.com reported. 

Tenecela was arraigned and remanded to Westchester County Jail in Valhalla in lieu of $5,000 bail, according to Patch.com.
