James A. Zambrano, 41, was pulled over on Kingsferry Road for failing to maintain his lane of travel, police said.
A breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.10 percent, which is over the 0.08 percent legal limit. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 13, police said.
