Nolan, a graduate of Saunders Trades and Technical High School in Yonkers, died Friday, lohud.com said.

The Oakland Athletics baseball prospect had been fighting for his life at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx since he was critically injured in a Sept. 18 shooting in the parking lot of a Burger King at 826 Central Ave., lohud.com said.

Nolan was shot twice in the head and torso. The shooting may have been related to an argument two days earlier about a drag race, lohud.com said.
