Bisceglia was born July 15, 1959, and spent most of her life in Peekskill.
Bisceglia is survived by her husband, Paul; step-children, Paul Jr., Keith, and Judi; three grandchildren; parents Marie and Hick Strang; sister, Toni Confalone; nieces and nephew; and many close relatives and friends.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 6, at St. Margaret’s Church, 141 Main St, Buzzards Bay, Mass. Following the service there will be a celebration of the life of Bisceglia at Daniel Webster Inn, 149 Main St, Sandwich Mass.
