Lennox Miller, 41, was charged with driving with a suspended license. His license was suspended because he failed to answer a summons and for failing to pay child support, police said. Miller had an active bench warrant out of Carmel and an active arrest warrant out of New York City, both for traffic offenses.

Miller was released on $250 bail and turned over to the Carmel Police Department following his release. He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on June 6.
